Here at Cypress Paintball, located just outside of Houston, we are committed to keeping every player and spectator safe. Our number one goal is to make sure that everyone that plays stays safe, and has a great time! By following our safety rules, will ensure that everyone has a great experience!

The number one rule is always considered the most important, and our number one rule is that you keep your paintball mask on your face while you are on the playing field. Being in the Houston area working at fields and running them, I have never had a player shot in the face because of how rigid I am with the rules. A paintball mask is a mask that covers your ears, nose, and mouth, and most importantly your eyes! It is specifically designed to absorb the shots of a paintball gun.

Another important safety tip, not rule, is that you should wear long-sleeved shirts and a pair of baggy jeans or sweatpants. Paintballs travel around 200 miles per hour, so we like to encourage that there is no skin showing. We are a low impact facility, and our paintballs barely leave marks at all, BUT by wearing what is recommended, we can all but guarantee a bruiseless experience!
