HOW IS THE EQUIPMENT CLEANED/SANITIZED?
Health and safety are our top priority! That’s why we wear gloves to meticulously wash AND sanitize every mask, gun, and vest between each use, in accordance with CDC guidelines. We sanitize using Lysol Disinfectant Spray. But it doesn’t stop there! Complimentary hand sanitizer and two hand washing stations are available to all of our guests. Tables and other high-touch surfaces are frequently sanitized throughout the day.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR PLAYERS?
Yes, the minimum age for players at Cypress Paintball is 7 years old.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? WILL THE PAINT STAIN MY CLOTHING?
It is recommended, but not required, that players wear full-length pants and a long-sleeved shirt. The paint that we use is completely biodegradable and will not stain clothing in any way.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
You can bring in cakes and order food for delivery. No outside drinks or coolers allowed. If you have a cake that needs to stay cold, we can pop it in our refrigerator for you until you’re ready for it.
WHAT TYPE OF PAINT IS SOLD AT CYPRESS PAINTBALL?
We carry the best paint in the game; HK Army Supreme! For our rental guns, which are all .50 caliber, we use HK Army’s .50 cal formula.
CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
Yes, you can! It would be best if you bring people to play with, however, because we DO NOT mix rental players with players that bring their own equipment.
ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?
Please note that all reservation deposits are non-refundable. You may contact us within 24 hours of your reservation time to reschedule at no additional charge.
